The CPO 1 Connecting Neighborhoods Subcommittee is crafting 3 letters to different jurisdictions asking for action on various aspects of Active Transportation. Members will distribute the letters, explain the purposes then open for feedback and comments.

7:45 – Cedar Mill Library Update

Peter Leonard, director of the Cedar Mill Community Library (503-644-0043), will give us an update on the new wireless access service at the library, other new services provided and future plans for the library. He will provide a summary of the County’s study last year of whether to provide improved county-wide library services.

8:15 - Discussion of Tri-Met Park & Ride Facilities

Tri-Met manager Young Park (503-962-4915, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) will visit us to discuss Park and Ride facilities in general and whether/how we can get one in Cedar Mill in particular, plus bus stops and other amenities. (Please note that this presentation will not include any information on the new Line 50 ridership which will be on the January 2010 agenda.)
