Washington County Disability, Aging and Veteran Services (DAVS) is seeking ideas, suggestions, and other input from the community to include in the development of their five year strategic plan. They are looking for members of the community of all ages to participate in the planning process by taking their brief survey (click here to go to the DAVS website; survey link at bottom of page).

A free conference for family members who care for an older or disabled person will be held Saturday, May 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Intel’s Jones Farm Conference Center in Hillsboro. Called Wellness and Aging: The Wave of the Future, the fourth annual gerontology conference is cosponsored by the Family Caregiver Support Programs of Washington County Disability, Aging and Veteran Services (DAVS) and Multnomah County Aging and Disability Services, Oregon State Extension’s Family and Community Development program and Intel. |
